Joan is fabulous! I had trouble selling my Old City condo when listing it with a prior agent and by "trouble" I mean it did not sell. I re-listed with Joan and we were under contract within days! She's very knowledgeable about the market she works in and isn't afraid, to be honest about what needs to be done to get the deal done.
